Today's theme was another that had me pondering because there were so many awesome films popping into my head but I just couldn't decide on one!! So in the end I went with a literal take on the prompt with an actual film roll design, it's a look I've admired but never got round to doing so here we are...
I did one coat of grey for a base, I've found through experience that a grey base seems to work best in disguising any small holes etc that are left after foiling with rainbows lol. I then popped on a decent amount of foil glue to each nail and left until the cloudy finish had become clear, placed my foil and gave it a good rub-a-dub-dub. I used the black striper brush end of a Models Own nail art pen to paint the film's edges and splits, adding the white details with a white nail art pen and finishing up with a topcoat.
