Love Tattoo Design...

I've seen quite a few of these sort of tattoo designs going on in nails at the moment; words, swallows and hearts etc... I LOVE tattoo's! I don't have any, because I'm too fickle for permanent art lol... I draw them often and buy magazines to ogle the pretties in order to make up for this hahaha. So to bring them to my nails, fab alternative!! 

I went for the word love as I've had a really stressful week (hence the lack of posts, sorry guys) but love has cured all this weekend :) There are a fair few designs of this word knocking about but this was my take on it... I started with two coats of the Barry M Textured Polish in pink; once dry I used their awesome nail art pens to freehand the lettering and heart. I then used a small flat brush to add the hot pink highlights to those letters and finished the look off with a diamante at the recommendation of my other half after thrusting my hand under his nose demanding, "it needs something more, what is it?" lol, bless him for putting up with me and my addiction!

I love this mani, pardon the pun, but I don't think the picture does the look justice, it's a recurring issue at the moment... I'm now thinking of investing in a new camera... any suggestions of reasonably priced (£100ish) options from fellow nail art snappers out there?
